"I was really excited to use this shampoo and conditioner. I love the idea of it being personalized and deliver to me when I need it. But I was so disappointed. I noticed with the first wash but I decided to give it a few weeks. My hair feels awful! So brittle and tangled. I have never had an issue with my hair tangling until using Funtion Of Beauty! Will never use again!"
"I normally never leave reviews, but I was quite disappointed whenever I woke up to find nearly $45 taken out of my account without the slightest warning. I never received the email they promised in order to possibly change your formula or cancel your subscription. I order my first set three months ago, and decided to have it renewed every three months. But I hate the formula and the smell. It makes my hair feel heavy and waxy, and I honestly just hate it. It made my hair dry and crunchy, I also went out of my way when checking out to avoid a subscription and they still subscribe me to a monthly shipment. "This product is a complete scam. I spent $50 for personalized shampoo and conditioner. My biggest points were that i wanted to fix the frizz in my hair and soothe my scalp. My hair is even more frizzy, and my scalp is completely destroyed. It is painful. I could have bought shampoo like this for $5 at Walmart. The only reason I gave it one star is because the packaging, smell, and stickers were cute. Do not waste your money on this brand."

"When I first bought this product I had read reviews saying that it made peoples hair fall out. I didn't care I thought they were crazy! After using it for almost 3 months my hair is falling out.. I actually have bald spots and I am switching to a thinning hair treatment. I hope my hair grows back and I am beyond disappointed this product would do this to hundreds of peoples hair. So to future customers beware of the consequences of switching to FOB."
